Growing Teenagers by Jane Tyson
Are you feeling anxious, exasperated, and generally out manouvered by your teenager? It can be challenging to navigate the teenage years and not just for our teens. Parenting a teenager is one of the hardest jobs in the world.
As parents, we may experience a pulling away from us, even slight rejection. Many parents say they find it very isolating.

They can also seem incredibly self-centered and selfish.
It takes a village to raise children would you agree? Connection and conversations are so key. Surely though, we aren't designed to grow teenagers alone. They need other positive adults and kids to influence their paths. Except we don’t all have a village. Who to turn to for support and guidance?
